First off I don't put personal friends in my top 24. (unless they have a page relevant to Good Fucking Music's cause)
2nd- I basically decide who I personally like best at the time and arrange them accordingly (usually the people i have the most correspondence with or bands that I think deserve the exposure)
3rd- If I do things any other way at any other time i will tell you via bulletin
4th- if you are one of those bands or artists that i told to check out my new blog, i was referring to the one i posted just before this one.
I hope this clarifies things for anyone who was wondering.
