If you have been doing the same old workout every time you go to the gym for the last six months or more chances are you are not seeing much growth and most of your efforts and time spent in the gym are bieng wasted.  You see the body quiclly adapts to any new workout routines and builds muscle during the adaption phase.  Then after it adapts it will plateau and stop buidling muscle becuase it is so effecient at the new routine.  This leads to flat spots or plateaus where you will not be able to lose weight or put on rock hard muscle.  To learn more check out the article that I just wrote on Body Building Routines.

I'm only 115 and I eat very healthy &exercise but I have an issue with toning up my body.I dont know what workouts I can do at home to tone up my problem areas,nothing so far has worked
