Os Lisboetas MISS LAVA filmaram recentemente um videoclip para o tema ‘ Black Rainbow ‘, uma malha que fará parte do álbum de estreia desta banda, um trabalho que foi misturado nos Fascination Street Studios, em Orebro, Suécia, por Jens Bogren (Paradise Lost, Amon Amarth, Opeth, Katatonia, etc).

O videoclip foi realizado por Bruno Simões, o qual recebeu vários prémios internacionais com algumas curtas metragens por si realizadas – Festival Sicarm Murcia, Festival Nueva Imagen entre outros – trabalhou ainda nos efeitos visuais dos últimos filmes de Harry Potter e também das Crónicas de Narnia (http://www.imdb.com/name/..nm2727124). A imagem esteve a cargo de Ivo Cordeiro e nas câmaras André Quendera.
Toda a ‘ acção ‘ foi captada nos Panavideo Studios a preto e branco, num cenário com um arco-íris preto como centro da experiência visual.
Com o sentido de dar mais ‘ realismo ‘ à performance, a banda teve que executar o tema 3 vezes mais devagar para que na edição final apareçam a tocar 3 vezes mais rápido, dando um ‘ feeling ‘ simplesmente frenético à prestação do grupo, ou seja, algo semelhante às suas actuações ao vivo.
Aguarda-se a estreia do videoclip de ‘ Black Rainbow ‘ para muito em breve…

Miss Lava shoots videoclip for “Black Rainbow”.
Portuguese stoner rockers Miss Lava recently shot a videoclip for the track “Black Rainbow”, which will be included in the band’s debut album mixed by Jens Bogren (Paradise Lost, Amon Amarth, Opeth, Katatonia).
The clip was directed by Bruno Simões (a talented young Portuguese director that has received some international awards with short films – Festival Sicarm Murcia, Festival Nueva Imagen and others - and has worked on visual effects on the latest Harry Potter movies and The Chronicles of Narnia (http://www.imdb.com/name/..nm2727124/), had photo directon by Ivo Cordeiro and camera operation by André Quendera.
All the action was shot at Panavideo Studios in black and white, on a setting with an iconic black rainbow taking the center of the visual experience.
In order to give more drama to the performance, the band had to learn to play the song 3 times slower, so the final edit of the clip will have them 3 times faster, giving it a frenetic feel similar to Miss Lava’s live performances.
This video will debut very soon…
