............

I have realized recently that all i think anyone truly wants is a good day, you see it everywhere, phone conversations, have a good day!, grocery stores, have a nice day, facebook " so and so."... wishing for a good day, or on a rating, today was a good/ bad day.

I think everyone wakes up with expectations of receiving a positive day, a day without conflicts, a day without pain, little to no stress, an unexpected surprise, a blessing, for a problem to be fixed, and lastly, peace with the day.

But what if we did not wake up with expectations? what if we lived a day in its entirity and truly lived it, not expecting anything in specific from anyone or anything, but instead welcomed all possibilities and dealt with the outcomes then and there rather than having a mapped out schedule of how things should and could be for the day, week, month, year.

What if we woke up in the mornings, went along with our duties, did what we needed to do, and did not have any emotionally stringed agendas to tie ourselves to. Everyone wants peace and joy in their lives. Its simple. Everyone wants to be appreciated and to “feel” like they are doing their best; to be recognized. Its simple. However, with myself personally, feelings will lie to you sometimes and lead you down a road that you would hate to be stuck at for the rest of your life.Situations and daily events will lie to you as well. For me, its easiest to remember that life is all it is meant to be when I can think back to moments that truly make you happy, to reflect on them, remember them, its like your almost there for a moment, and then your reminded of how you want more and more of these special moments.

Sometimes when in a crowded place, I cannot help but to look around at all the people and know that in that moment, everyone is going through something, everyone. Big or small, either way, someone is truly bothered at some level. I think knowing this makes life easier to live, sometimes I get so caught up in my stuff, yes, stuff, its hard to realize the person beside you in a car is probably upset at some level as well. I wonder what the world would be like if everyone truly received the joy that was intended for us? If everyone could take their blessings and in return bless others, it would be a chain reaction, and I think the world would begin to piece itself back together again. Humanity, compassion, friendship, patriotism, i think these are all things the world is lacking. People are selfish, its their nature, defend oneself, instinct. People never like to feel attacked by one another, but in hindsight, people are attacking themselves more than others are attacking them. I think thats enough to deal with on its own, our own minds, hearts, emotions, situations, why do some people intentionally try to add to others shortcomings? Shouldn't we build each other up, build a community, restore the hurting, help people in their times of need, rather than to dig the pain and hurt deeper. Like I said, the communities are lacking patriotism, but, I could go on and on about that, so I will save that for a future blog.

All in all, before I dig deeper and deeper into rebuilding the “class” and dignity of human beings, I will leave it saying people need to appreciate their lives more often, know that all people want is to feel loved and appreciated, we're human, realize that what they have is a gift, to reach out to others, that can be one of the greatest gifts in return, and lastly to take a moment to reflect on clarity.

Have a good day! No joke intended ;)
