Current mood:  relaxed
In the loopy news category, I just returned from a 3-day stint playing at the Y2K7 International Live-Looping Festival in Santa Cruz, CA. It was a pleasure and an honor to be associated with such a wonderful and diverse array of talented and creative musicians from all over the world. I'll get some photos from the event up on my page soon. A big giant THANK YOU to Rick Walker for organizing the event, everyone who worked to pull it off, and all audients. Here is the festival website, please check out these artists and their music: www.y2kloopfest.com
I'm also honored to be included in this years prestigious Festival of New American Music (FeNAM), sponsored by Sacramento State University, National Endowment for the Arts, and the Sacramento Metropolitan Arts Commision. I'll be doing two live-looping demonstrations and concerts during the festival: Monday, Nov. 5, 9:40 am at Foothill High School, and Wed. Nov. 7, 11 am at Consumnes River College
Those are both a little early in the day for a Bohemian like myself, but we'll just hope for the best, eh?
CHEERS! ~Gregor --> -->
