Interesting in how many birthdays this time of year brings. I have been receiving notifications all month. Now you may wonder how I found out about these two birthdays.

With Nima, his birthday was the 15th (Monday) and I was notified by myspace.

Nima is one of the first people I interacted with on the rain and always benefited from reading his posts.

I could not resist in using this photo...He is without a doubt....The Mortgage Man! So does that make him Super Mortgage Man?

Now David's Birthday I found out through Plaxo! Today is David's Birthday!

Now David Podgursky and I have been interacting on Facebook!

Everyday I can count on getting poked by David. For some reason I can't shake him off, I have body slammed him and used the force.

Doesn't matter what day or at what time...as soon as I go to facebook. I look to my left.....and there he is...just poking...poking...poking...

One day David my vampire will get you!

David and I have spoken on the phone about mortgages. He answered some important questions for me and is very easy to talk to.
