The Fables took part in a great event on what would have been John Lennons 68th birthday Thursday October 9th in Denvers Civic Center Park. Great music and people came together for Peace, just what John would have wanted for sure. We miss him but we still have his music and his spirit, as a band it was great to express ourselves through his music and Beatles music, it's what we do and we never get tired of it. The Fables own Joe Rotondo did a splendid job on ''Across The Universe'' all by his lonesome. Thank you to May Pang for putting up with us off and on all day you were very gracious we love you. And to the other performers and artists great job and lets all do it again next year...love and peace now more than ever...The Fables
