Celebrities have raided their attics for items to be auctioned from Thursday 6 August at 7pm to coincide with the opening of Aliens in the Attic in cinemas from the 12 August. Nikki has donated a signed perspex encased mounted book cover of her book "Dying to be Thin" to be auctioned on eBay to raise money for The Children's Society. The auction has been organised by 20th Century Fox in association with ebay and The Childrens Society. Other celebrities supporting the auction are: Kylie Minogue, Sir Tom Jones, Dame Shirley Bassey, Alesha Dixon, Sir John Major, Kevin Pietersen, Lemar, The Saturdays, Emma Watson, JLS, Julie Walters, Simon Webbe, Sophie Ellis Bextor, Katie Melua, Boyzone and stars of the film itself Ashley Tinsdale (High School Musical) and Robert Hoffman (Step Up 2: The Streets).
