So, I've been MIA on my music sites lately and just thought I should chime in and say that, yes the CD will be out soon. I'm just waiting to be able to anounce a release gig, which should be any day now.

I've been working up a live acoustic set and on most days, I feel like the songs are sounding good. There are some old songs on the set list that aren't on Another Life (because my older material includes more acoustic songs), there are a few covers that honor my influences and there are some stark reinterpretations of the new songs on the CD.

Meanwhile, I've had a very busy summer doing rennovations around the dog daycare and trying to get ready -- if that's even possible -- for the baby who is racing my album to be born. Naming him is turning out to be as hard as naming the disc, and this time there's no single to help me decide. And no, we're not calling him Al.

I've also been putting together a web site, after all this time for the dog daycare, complete with video, featuring a bit of music by, guess who?
