Now I *really* can't wait to get my hands on Legend III:II! I still remember stumbling upon SM1 in a local Christian bookstore (that eventually banned the CD btw)... I immediately fell in love... and I feel truly blessed that I was able to see a live show during the first (and only) US tour with Deliverance - the entire audience was mesmerized through the show. Long live Saviour Machine!

.....man, you're lucky.....want to hear something funny yet sad.....I was at cornerstone 92'- or 93' (unsure which year).....and I and the group I was traveling with stopped outside of the "sanctuary" tent for a few moments.....and I heard piano playing and the coolest vocalist in the world singing.....we left about 5 minutes later......the sad part is I realized a year later when I purchased "SM1" that I found out that it was actually Savior Machine playing in the background.....
 

Eric!! You just made me sooooo happy! Scarily happy I would say! I couldn't believe my luck last week hearing the first LIII-II sample series, but part two just blows me away! Thank you!! And please, don't worry about us fans, we can wait. It's hard (especially hearing these small bits of LIII-II in all their awesomeness), but it's nothing compared to what you're going through. Hey, I haven't written in awhile. I am the guy who used to live across the street form where Dean worked, and bugged you all the time, including at Cornerstone 02. I believe I was the first fan to purchase and review for you Legend III:I. Anyway, I am listening to the samples, and just stunned by what you have acomplished already. I am unfamiliar with the extent of your health problems, but I truly hope that you recover, and that God gives you the strength to finish this amazing work that He had given you the vision for. I truly have been blessed through your music more than I believe any other artist I have listened to, and I am a fan of hundreds of bands. Thanks again for making something that is so relevant, epic, beautiful, haunting, and convicting. I can't put into words what your music has meant to me. I hope that you are restored to health, and please know that you have our support as fans, and we want you to be well, and not to jepordize that for your work. I cannot wait to hear the final album!!! Thank you SOOOOOO much for the clips you put up. This is just great!! God bless you and your family Eric!!

I think I speak for all diehard SM fans when I say we haven't forgotten about you Eric! Still praying for you and your health daily, still blessed on a regular basis by the body of work you and the guys have already given us in your earlier albums, and still dreaming with you about the release of III:II!
My wife is also struggling with a chronic illness which makes her unable to do a lot of day to day stuff. So I know how crippling the struggle with depression can be when one struggles with something like that. I also know you've always really taken to heart a feeling of not letting your fans down. So I worry from time to time that you are getting discouraged. BUT DON'T. Our Lord is faithful to finish what He starts in us. In the Lord's own perfect time your health will be restored and you will hear Him say, along with a chorus of those of us who've been blessed by the vision of the Legend project, "Well done!"
