It is amazing to me to see how the pro-choice supporters can so easily discard a life. Activist would risk their own life in defense of a baby seal, but turn the other way on a human life.
Unbelievable!

and so she is repeating what she hears from the Democrats...
9 out of 10 times I'd vote with Bush too! You need to find out the facts about what the choices were on the votes before you become a critic of them. So much of the trouble we are in today is a result of the Clinton years. Obama is talking about anything new he isn't talking about anything we haven't already seen during Bill Clinton's time in office so he can give up already on the token "change" word too!

Most People know that the real issue is that Obama cant think of anthing to say except cut down the McCain camp.

McCain has experience and Obama doesnt. McCain knows war from being a prisoner for his country. Hands on experience in policies as well as WAR makes McCain the best choice. Obama knows this and that is why he is on the attack.

Obama's insult to women about lipstick was unbelievable, but he likes churches that preaches hate, so I gues this is normal for a person on his level.

She wasn't criticizing community organizers, she was responding to the media's portrait of her experience or what they were saying was her "Lack of experience" which is just not true. She has more executive experience than Senator Obama who only served 143 days which is what five months or so in the Senate. He also has the worst attendance record in the history of the Senate which is pretty bad. Though the media's big ugly play has been that Senator McCain made an irrational decision in Governor Palin. The media has already crucified Governor Palin for ridiculous things and I think she had every right to call them on it! Really she was making a comparison of her resume as someone who is running for VP of that to the Democrat's Presidential candidate. She was not discrediting anyone other than Senator Obama. i really don't think this had anything to do with Jesus or anyone else for that matter and perhaps you are reading into things a bit. If you are of Christian faith you might want to look into the teachings of Pastor Jeremiah Wright (who is by no means a Christian but teaches Hate Doctrine and blasphemy) who was Senator Obama's personal Pastor for the last 20 years, of course once this was made public Obama denounced his friend of 20 years (that's loyalty! ).

You are so right about the Democatic party, they are the first to holler that anything we say is an hate statement, but if they are the ones cursing, name calling, destroying property, they are misunderstood and noone should say anything. If Obama gets in office we will be in an worse shape than the Jews in Hitlers days I'm afarid. We will no longer be we the people it will be hail Obama, this will be one sad day if this is allowed to happen on our watch. We the people need to take a stand for truth. I made a statement in town the other day about Obama which by the way was a truth statement I was told I'd be killed if I contuined to talk like that in public, Well I guess I'll die for a good cause keeping to the truth, spmeone needs to find their backbone.

Sorry Real Eyes, but it's over for B. Hussein Obama. He just doesnt have the experience that Palin or McCain has and he has shown poor judgment in his associations over the last 20 years. Besides all that he is rated the most liberal Senator in the Senate. America does not elect liberal Presidents. America is 60% to 30% Conservative to Liberal.

So, it's over for Obama.

Ok. Get real. Everyone knows the volunteers in the community are important, but I wouldn't elect one unless they took the steps to become something other than that..like....you know a mayor then a governor. WoW! What a concept. Palin is more qualified than any one running. even her own running mate, not that I don't like McCain, I do and I believe he is the man for the job of President, but face it she's the only one who's done more than raise her hand to vote. She has run a town and then the largest state in America. Do I want Obama running my country? Heck no!, he's practically the antichrist. He promises all these "I'm gonna save the world" solutions, yet doesn't mind killing an innocent unborn child to get there. Sounds santanic to me........

"A mayor is kind of like a community organizer except you have actual responsibilities--" What about that statement is false and/or demeaning? Everyone will agree community organizers are some of the hardest working people in our great country, but comparing their responsibilities to that of a mayor is a little uneducated. I don't hear mayors around the country in an uproar about Barack's minimization of Palin's time as mayor. Maybe people like you should get a life other than hunting for UFOs, grow a little common sense, and quit getting your panties in a wad and throwing insults when someone says something you may not agree with. I love how you capitalized the word "lies" in your blog without anything backing up your claim. Oh, but wait a minute, you're probably one of those who's been kidnapped by aliens so you're an enlightened human being who just "knows" more than the rest of us. I usually turn the other cheek to this kind of ridiculous rhetoric, but I guess today I'm just feeling a little fed up by people like you who are weakening the fabric of our country by forcing us to be "politically correct" so we don't hurt the feelings of the weak-minded. You have yourself a fabulous day in ignoramus land!

They'll stand up for a woman's right to kill a child while at the same time hold a sign in protest of anyone killing a Palouse earthworm! I hope these people stay home on voting day so those of us with common sense can vote in a man and woman of honor vs. a man who voted against giving medical care to a dying infant--Barack Hussein Obama!

Well Stated And SOOOO True! Lets not forget that B. Hussein Obama can not even decide when life actually begins! Gee I don't know let me get out my politically correct seventh grade science book - "life begins at the moment of conception." Any seventh grade child can answer this question! Obama stuttered and twitched and took five minutes talking in circles and as always never gave an answer! Also Obamabots need to do some homework because Obama will tax the crap out of us and the only "change" he believes in is all the change he will take from their pockets every time gas, electricity, and even when someone dies. That's a whole lot of "change" I know I won't be able to afford!

Thank you, Christina. I am glad you took the time to say that. I am so weary of the "hit job" nastiness I've seen and heard since the Palin VP pick. I was a little disgusted to see it here when answering my McClain blog link/mail.
I don't "get it" how there's so much anti-disabled child, anti-hunting, yet the Dem nominee voted against the (infanticide) medical aid to babies born after botched abortions in State Senate. US Senate 89 no 0 vote--didn't take much courage to figure that one out.
The Dem Party really is the demeaning entity. Primary split 50+/50-% -- 18 mill / 18.1 mill and the nominee picks an also-ran instead of voters' mandate.

Senator McCain's life speaks volumes, he had no motives for staying in that P.O.W. camp other than that he refused to take the "turn" of another prisoner to free himself. First in first out. His selfless act had no hidden motive, no political agenda. Not so for Obama whose campain originated in the living room of Robert Ayers. The same man who stated after 9-11 that he wished he'd thought of that. We're not drudging up things from the '60's...this was 8 years ago. I'm quite certain that Bin Laden himself would love to see Obama elected.

I would Like to add to my first post. Eveyone should be proud of where our country is headed. I dont support the Obama ticket but I think its important for eveyone to support the Americans that are trying to make a decision on who they want as president. We are two strong yet different sides to choose from. Americans have a clear choice. I dont care who you vote for just vote. I believe my side has a stronger vision of what our country needs but it will be The People that make the final decision. Choose two things you value most in your president...then pick...pretty easy I think. For me I am Pro-life and Pro-military/National Security. My 3rd issue is support/help for our children with disablities/autism. I think Pailin will help with this issue. Mac will keep our country safe!

Sarah Palin did not "put down" community organizers. She simply stated that she should not be deemed unqualified because she was a smalltown mayor before becoming a Governor, if Hussein Obama isn't considered unqualified for being a community organizer before becoming the most liberal senator in the history of civilization. :)

Face it, it's over. The might as well tell McCain and Palin to pack their bags....

To Real Eyes,
Sarah Palin is not putting down community organizers! You are reading way too much into her comments. She is driving the home the fact that Obama is not qualified to run a country based on his limited work experience. He lacks political experience. She has a ton of respect for all workers, be it firefighters, law enforcement, nurses, teachers, and community organizers. If my child's 11th grade teacher ran for President, I wouldn't vote for him because of his limited experience.

I won't even get into the background issues of Obama that scare me much worse than his limited work experience (including his wife's association with Black Panthers). That's a subject for another blog.

But yet he claims to know More about the Blue Collar worker then McCain and Palin. Hussain Obama knows nothing about the blue collar worker.
He is only in the race to make history. Compare that to McCain who was beat almost to death for our Country.

She will not just stand up for change she will demand it!!!! She has a proven track record of that. She has her thumb on the pulse of America she knows how hard it can be to be a family trying to make it and she will fight for those who may not be able to fight for themselves. There is no better person to be a heartbeat away from the presidency.

If any of you would stop and really think about it, a vote for McCain is selfish and you really don't care about your children or their child's future in this world. Not to mention your friends and their friends kids. Stop and think about someone else and not just their unborn fetus.

That is the most frustrating thing about this whole election, people keep talking about experience, patriotism, lipstick, etc... really it comes down to what you really care about, me me me or hoping that everyone can have it as good as the next guy.

But you people do and say what you will, you know deep down there is a little something that wants this world to be a better place, just listen to it every once in a while. That's all.

A vote for McCain selfish? Excuse me, but you don't know your facts.
1...no one tried to kill Mr. Obama. That story was proven to be an attention-getting hoax.
Some folks will do anything to try to get media attention.

2 Mr. McCain is probably one of the most unselfish people you will ever meet. His 'country first' campaign slogan is not just a slogan, the man lives it. Not many would have refused early release from prison camp in VietNam because he didn't want to damage the morale of the other men held there.

3 It BECAUSE of my children and grandchildren that I vote for Mr. McCain. Mr. Obama wants to turn the education of our children over the the government. (Check into his 0-5 proposal) Basically, he's saying parents have no say in the raising of their children, and he wants the government to control ALL of their education. (Remember who did this before? Hitler.)

4. Mr Obama's rhetoric about tax relief is a joke. The group he is supposedly giving 'relief' to pays no taxes now. And his plan to raise taxes on businesses and those who make over a certain amount will destroy the economics of this country. Think about it. If I make over 6 figures because I had the determination and drive to educate myself and make something of myself, then I will be penalized, and roughly 50% of my income taken away and given to someone who was either too lazy or just had no desire to learn. Why should one guy work his tail off for it to be taken away and given to someone who didn't work for it. That, my friend is called socialism.

I have no problem helping those who can't help themselves. Babies, children, disabled...etc. However, I have a BIG issue with turning over my hard earned pay for someone who thinks the government owes it to them.

I have a HUGE problem with folks who think an 'unborn fetus' has no rights, while trying to save a whale, or the spotted owl. Mr. Obama voted against the bill in Illinois which would have made partial birth abortion illegal. He stance was that babies born alive could be left to die if they were ill, or the parents had wanted them aborted. We wouldn't even treat a dog that way. (And by the way, aborting a baby because it does't fit with my plans, or because they may be ill and require a little special effort from me is the height of selfishness.)

I absolutely want this world to be a better place. However, discounting human life, and penalizing those who work hard is NOT the way to go about it.

I don't know if Mr. McCain will help out the country or not. I think he'd like to. I DO feel like I know for sure that he at least won't hurt the country.
I'm equally sure that Mr. Obama would hurt this country. If he succeeded in his plans, in a few years this would be a third rate county economically, and would no longer be democratic in government, but rather Socialist and on our way to being communist.
Forced universal healthcare will bankrupt smaller businesses, and cause lost jobs in even bigger ones. Smaller businesses won't be able to afford it, and so will close. Larger businesses won't be able to afford the tax hikes in addition to the mandatory healthcare and so will cut workers. It's a lose, lose scenario. 50% tax on earnings over a certain amount will cause people to seek lower paying jobs, not pursue the education necessary for the higher paid....soon no one is paying the higher taxes....now how's it going to be paid for?

America has worked so far because people know that they can acheive if they work hard. If there's no reward for hard work, then why work hard.

Next thing you know, we'll have a 'ruling class' like was in Russia. 1% of the population ruling.

What I would like to know is how does this country support a man not only with no experience but with a muslim name during a war with links to terrioist. This is the time when we should be showing the world that we back our president and troops instead of showing them that we are divided. Regardless if you are a Democrat, Republican, Indepedent or Undecided--you can't deny the facts. The facts show that McCain and Palin have experience needed to run this country. Obama on the other hand....well, he was successful in setting up his Presidential Exploratory Committee and beating Hillary!!

Sometimes people get so caught up in wanting the first Black President (well, half black) that they are willing to go to any length to make it happen--even if it means sacrificing the great strides that this nation has made. Don't get me wrong, I am not against having a Black President, as long as he/she is qualified for the job and able to continue to make this nation great. We haven't found that person yet!!

Vote according to your convtions. Don't vote for a black man or a white woman. Vote according to who has the leadership skills and knowledge to make this nation great! I think it is clearly evident who has those skills and experience....but you make that decision for yourself.

As the late JFK said: "Ask not what your country can do for you, but what you can do for your country!" Don't vote for the person that is going to offer YOU what YOU want.

I thought you might like to see this one..

The Pell Grant

This is a subject close to my heart.

Do you know that we have adult students at the school where I teach who are not US citizens and who get the PELL grant, which is a federal grant (no pay back required) plus other federal grants to go to school?

One student from the Dominican Republic told me that she didn't want me to find a job for her after she finished my program, because she was getting housing from our housing department and she was getting PELL grant which paid for her total tuition and books, plus money left over.

She was looking into WAIT which gives students a CREDIT CARD for gas to come to school, and into CARIBE which is a special program for immigrants and it pays for child care and all sorts of needs while they go to school or training.

The one student I just mentioned told me she was not going to be a US citizen because she plans to return to the Dominican Republic someday and that she 'loves HER country.'

I asked her If she felt guilty taking what the US is giving her and then not even bothering to become a citizen and she told me that it doesn't bother her, because that is what the money is there for!

I asked the CARIBE administration about their program and if you ARE a US citizen, you don't qualify for their program. And all the while, I am working a full day, my son-in-law works more than 60 hours a week, and everyone in my family works and pays for our education.

Sorry if this offends anyone but this is MY COUNTRY - IF IT IS YOUR COUNTRY, SPEAK UP -- please pass this along.

I am not against immigration -- just come through like everyone else. Get a
sponsor; have a place to lay your head; have a job; pay your taxes, live by the rules AND LEARN THE LANGUAGE as all other immigrants have in the past --and GOD BLESS AMERICA !

PART OF THE PROBLEM
Think about this: If you don't want to forward this for fear of offending someone --

YOU'RE PART OF THE PROBLEM!
It is Time for America to Speak up

If you agree -- pass this along, if you don't agree -- delete it!

Yep, I passed it!

What ticks me off the most about some of these Democrats who are complaining about the Bush administration is this simple fact: The Democrats have been in control of Congress. Blame Congress for most of the screw ups the Democrats are blaming Bush for.

Let me share my personal Obama fear. The President surrounds himself/herself with advisors to give input on crucial matters. What will Obama's cabinet look like? I don't mean that in a racist way, but it does concern me that Obama and his wife have quite a history with extremist/racist people in their own circle of friends - not to mention what business/political affiliations they have. THAT scares me. I do NOT want extremists such as Congressman Chaka Fattah, and white-hating people like Rev.
Wright, in the White House!!!!!
