I will post a proper blog soon, but just to let you know, I did my first climate change lecture-in-the-style-of-Al-Gore to 1500 people in Melbourne Town Hall. It didn't go too badly. Some bits were slightly ragged but overall I think it was successful. Anyway, the point is, you can watch a clip of it at the link below...

Mark, it was great. I was there. As a teacher who has attempted to make this interesting to about 40 15 year old boys, you were Awesome. A collegue of mine and i were wistful, thinking how motivating it was, and how much better at doing that kind of thing than we were, its really a little sad.


Perhaps, perhaps, don't have two rather hilarious guys come out for interval... they were great, but didn't really keep up the seriousness...

Anyway, after seeing you on four seperate occasions during the festival, just wanted to say you were awesome

You look so serious in that 2nd clip! But with very wildly disarrayed hair - like the stuff Al Gore's been telling you's been even more shocking than expected.

Well done Mark. V short clip though, will there be any more getting posted and will we see the show at Edinburgh festival this year perchance?!

I'll not get out much in Aug though as am expecting the end of June!
Am hoping I get into using reusable nappies and stuff ok and not cause too much crap into the environment!

Hope the book coming along a bit now.
