Current mood: blissful
Years ago, I came across the most brilliant word:
"BLISS"
Defined in the dictionary as "the ecstasy of salvation," I realized this is a word that belongs exclusively to the Saints; believers for whom Christ died!
My first discovery was in the James Moffatt translation of the Bible, and soon I began to find it in multiple translations. As my investigation continued, I started compiling a list of "bliss scriptures". Every new discovery released "liquid bliss explosions" of joy in my heart and spirit.
You see, bliss is not just a word, it is a word that defines a realm; a heavenly realm that has been opened up for you and I to live in! This fountain of joy in our lives flows from the Cross of our Lord Jesus Christ. Our sin has been pardoned and our guilt has been removed. As we receive the gift of righteousness, we enter into His world which is full of bliss.
It's for the youngest believer, and for those saints who have been at it for years. Maybe you have lost your joy? Well, have it back again! Christ labored and agonized so that you could be filled with bliss and joy. I recently taught a four-part series on Bliss and want to share it with you, click here to watch and enjoy. In fact, feel free to bookmark our teaching channel and watch the various sessions that Georgian and I have uploaded during your free time. Pull up a seat and enjoy a cup of CoCo Bliss with us: co-crucified, co-buried, co-raised, co-seated and co-heirs.
We love you!
