Hiya

Me and the lads (Beats For Beginners) have been in rehearsals and doing the odd small gig here n there locally in Manchester just to fine tune and air new licks n loops for the recordings and arrangements of new songs and prepping for following studio sessions which is happening right now...The songs are sounding warm, military, Soulful and pulsating, and i'm gonna be happy.

To be honest i've just recoverd from the worst cold ever thats been doing the rounds of Manchester and most of England and DJ ing late nights so much in bars that i have not been sleeping so its taken me ages to get fit again. But better now so its all coming together for a new release which will prob be an EP (5 tracks) with 2 singles for radio and the big 2nd album off the back of that. Although we had a few indie offers , I thought I'd set up my own record label So inspired by Fctory, and Mowtown and Chips I have formed

SOUNDS OF THE SUBURBS RECORDS.

helping me with this new record label is T shirt Mark (Beats Graphic designer- and also the same KID MACHINE) and also on the Suburbs label team is young Ben Gretton, son of late great Manager Rob Gretton (New Order,Joy DIV,Doves, Factory).

Musically BEATS FOR BEGINNERS will be the first release on the new label - I'm also managing and releasing 2 Manchester acts KID MACHINE and T.G. ELIAS, find them in my top friends. They are both amazing. Everything will be available to buy on itunes and rare 50 hand signed special CD copies.
