Why a second edition? My first publisher disappeared along with my royalties, so I'm going through the legal process of getting the 1st edition removed through my copyright attorney. It's a big mess. The new edition ISBN is: 9781448635474, not to be confused with the old one. Besides, with all the new stuff I added to this book, I'm really happy with this one.
