A selection of the world’s most talented young hopefuls went through rigorous audition and selection processes fighting for their chance to study here at TMS on the One Year Diploma course or Master Performance Course, free of charge. The Scholarship places we give away for the vocal, drum, guitar and bass courses are run in partnership with some of the most highly acclaimed music magazines, gear manufacturers and music press in the industry.
A phenomenal number of musicians applied for the various scholarships this year, knowing that their hopes of studying at London’s leading contemporary music school could slip through their fingers in just seconds, if they failed to make the impact they had hoped for. Each delivering a variety of musical components, the hopeful students were required to perform one track to the best of their ability as well as showcasing a selection of instrument specific skills and techniques.
Tech Music Schools have given away 9 places across 5 countries on the Diploma and Master Performance courses for 2009, and have teamed up with some of the biggest UK names we have worked with so far: The Stage Newspaper, Rhythm Magazine and Marshall amp manufacturers.
