The Brute Chorus - ALBUM OUT NOW

 
Today was our first day of rehearsals for the album show. Because we plan to record the album live, on one night, in one take we want to be as well rehearsed as possible. This means getting together everyday and going over the songs, the arrangements and the set. We're all feeling positive about the next few weeks. Last week's tour brought us back up to 'match fitness' after our Christmas break.
Now all we have to do is smooth off the edges and make it shine!

Two weeks in now and things are beginning to take shape. The snow last week arrived at the same time as our brute choir cold and fresh. We've been stamping and clapping upstairs in the Hagg to keep warm and to make music. A happy combination. Some of our guitars and amps are still in repair and we hope to have them back in time for the gig but other wise things are holding together. This week we'll be making important decisions about vocal mics, acoustic guitar pick-ups and evening attire. James Brute
