I feel like such a world traveler. If the world is Minneapolis and San Francisco then I am indeed a world traveler. I'll be in NY in September and possibly Italy in October (I've never been out of the United States before).

It's foggy and damp up here. My brother's babies are so tiny and cute but they don't like to be called "tiny" so I call them "big" and "strong" when talking to them to enforce out dated masculine stereo types that they will never be able to live up to like our parents did.

I'm almost done painting my apartment and I ordered a new sofa. Just the bedrooms and hall way left to paint which I should have done by next weekend. Then I need to find more furniture. Dining room table and chairs, a new smaller work table and 2 - 3 large night stands. The problem being that I like big dark wood objects and they are expensive. If you know where to get good hand made wood furniture for cheap, let me know please. The pine stores are expensive but I get a lot of stuff there anyway.

Okay, back to the sofa to finish my latest self help book.
