Hello folks,

I'd like to thank everyone who has been coming to the shows, bands, people who booked.

I am pretty pooped right now. I'm sure some of you folks are pooped too. I just remind myself that if we didn't have this happening - a lot of the bands wouldn't play here, or would be playing in places that are uncomfortable and meaningless. Where a bouncer would frisk us, possibly even merch getting priced up because the venue wants to dig some profit,  expensive booze pushed in our faces, or some wouldn't even be allowed to participate.

The music we have here, and that comes through here - is phenomenal. Tempe isn't full of bars, frats, wasted phobic college kids, strip malls, cheesy youth marketeers.

If you take five minutes to dig around, there's a community of people putting together events and actions beyond what a dilapidated Mill Ave and a couple lame ass strip malls would have you believe. If you want to continue believing that message, screw it, go ahead.

In the meantime:

If you're still reading, would you support / be interested in a different myspace profile for the bookings at Ye Olde?

We tried to come up with a new name, but are pretty lame at it. Any suggestions are appreciated
