be present now
a clear and open channel holding no residue
knowing..
total acceptance--
breathe
moving forward to think positive thoughts
healing through more yoga
letting go to a higher power
easily manifesting abundance:
physical, emotional, and financial--excellently!
(unmanifesting excessive clutter.)
seeking, listening to God.
meditating
being surrounded by love and light.
khapalabhati - skull shining
giving it up to the divine mother
becoming the inner observer
discipline: be still and let the breath breathe you.
