I have some upcoming shows and news I'd like you all to know about:
Shows:
L.A. - I will be returning to the Grand Ole Echo - one of the great concert series in L.A. I will play this Sunday 8/30 at 7:30 pm and do a full 75 minute set with a full band. Other acts on the bill are the great Gina Villalobos and the Paperplanes. The Echo is at 1822 Sunset Blvd. in Silverlake, just east of Hollywood. www.attheecho.com
Then:
Ohio - On Friday 9/4 me and the band will had back to Lancaster Ohio for our triumphant return to Lucky's #34 Bar.
There will be a full concert with any bands including Austin, TX's own Michael O'Connor, who will also play in the band with me. This is one of the coolest honky tonks in the country, so if you have not been here, or seen us here, please come. It will be worth the drive.
And then:
L.A. - on
Wednesday 9/9 I will be back in L.A. doing a rare acoustic show at 10:30pm (or so) at
Skinny's. The evening will be hosted by Godhead's Jason Charles Miller, who will also be doing a set of his own music.

A Youtube user called 'Funky To The Bone' did a video using one of my songs - 'Another One Night Stand' from Divisadero as the soundtrack to a Dawson's Creek mini-movie. I guess I am now one step closer to Tom Cruise in the Six degrees of separation.

There is also a new video up using a song of mine called 'Just For You' from Nashville Fineline. It is a video someone made in tribute to Nasreem Karim who was Miss Tanzania in 2008. Who'd a thunk it?
