Hello Friends,

I'm thrilled to announce "CIRCA:" {Billy Sherwood, Tony Kaye, Jimmy Haun, Jay Schellen} will be playing at the brand new "Laserium Theater" located in the heart of Hollywood, California at the corner of Hollywood and Vine Saturday Oct. 10th.
"Laserium" is back!! Those who've seen it before at the Los Angeles Griffith Park Observatory know what an amazing time it is!! Music set to an incredible laser light show; never the same twice because the lasers are operated "real time" by, as they say, a "laserist". There are plans to create the "Laserium Theater" experience in London, Las Vegas, NYC, Dubai, Japan and more so... Perhaps those who can't make it to L.A. will be able to see it elsewhere eventually.

Laserium Theater contacted Jim and me to produce our 1st CD "Headsets 1: Alone Out Here" into a full blown Headsets/Laserium production. This production is scheduled for an early 2010 release at the Laserium Theater in Hollywood and will be in rotation for quite some time.
The story follows our main character and his journey as a lost sailor in deep space. The show will include lasers, projections, music {Headsets 1: CD being the soundtrack} and a "visually compelling, emotional driven, adventurous movie" within the production itself.



This collaboration of Laserium and Headsets was so intriguing that we have decided to create a 2nd production... "Headsets Chapter 2:"
Here is where CIRCA: comes in...

CIRCA: will perform live the entire 2nd CD from the "Headsets" series - "Headsets Chapter 2: Sides" {released Aug 19th @ www.jimladdheadsets.com} amidst all the lasers, projections, smoke and mirrors. In addition, CIRCA: will play selected tracks from "CIRCA:2007", "CIRCA:HQ" and even a YES song or two.
These unique performances will be a combination of CIRCA: and the Laserium experience along with multi-media visual effects and will feature "Jim Ladd of KLOS/HEADSETS" who will be your guide for the evening's musical adventures in both filmed segments projected on 3 big screens as well as intimate live spoken word performances on stage. At the center of it all will be CIRCA: live like you've never seen before!!
The show runs 1 hour, 30 minutes. Since the Laserium Theater has limited capacity {420} CIRCA: are going to do 2 performances of the show in the same evening. Show times are 8:00 and 10:00 {with the possibility of a 12:00 midnight show added}.

There will be a lot of local L.A. advertising on KLOS radio and in print ads so we anticipate tickets to move swiftly. Ladd's KLOS listeners, "The Tribe" as they are known, will be grabbing up tickets fast {there are many tribe members}. I'll post a link for tickets as soon as I get it. I want to give a heads up to my friends here at Myspace to make sure you get a jump on tickets to see this extravaganza!!
