Troy Davis, who was twice under the imminent threat of execution last year has won a hearing to hear evidence about the strong likelihood of innocence in his case. This is a great moment for all of us that are fighting the death penalty and hope that Troy will have a fair and balanced hearing in which they will be able to hear all of the facts.
