Grab some headphones, sit on your back porch on a starry spring night and listen to the entire album. You may see some aliens! "OK Computer" was a music critic's dream album. Thom Yorke and company were hailed by many all across the globe as the greatest rock band of all time. Whether you agree with this title or not, it's hard not to agree with the fact that OK Computer is one of the best albums that was ever produced. There isn't a moment of boredom in the entire album. I would even go as far as to say the entire album is a masterpiece. If "The Bends" garnered the English quintet some much-needed artistic credibility, the astonishing emotional and compositional complexity of 1997's OK Computer catapulted the group into the realm of idolatry. I have no hesitation whatsoever in dealing OK Computer a 5-Star rating.
