I just found out about Rikki's passing.

Him and I disagreed on many things, but I always saw such a loving, good person in him and I wished the best for him... I feel kind of silly posting a eulogy for someone I hardly know, but he was such a brilliant soul that the loss of his life has given me moment for pause, reflection, and mourning. I have so much sympathy for the people who were closer to him... I can't imagine the depth of your loss.

I'm going to miss you, Rikki. I'll see you again sometime... you're loved and dearly missed.

hi. i was with rikki when he passed away. we were living together, and i spent the last days in the hospital with him. i've done my best to make myself available to people that cared about rikki, so i'm here if you have any questions or want to hear about what he was doing the last few months he was around. this has been very brutal and so so so sad, but i've found comfort in reaching out to other people that knew what that boy was worth. anyways, thanks for writing this and for caring.
