Okay, grlz . . . U know the feeling: After he’s finished or U get home, start crying? U get over that quickly after taking a warm bath.
Figurative effing takes MUCH longer, especially if it happens to U in Court by Judges (Sludges) & Lawyers (Liars).
One of the most vile, disgusting Lawyers I’ve ever encountered (I meet a lot of Lawyers in my business and political experience), lied in Court about the evidence (see one of my previous Blogs) and gets away with it. He’s stealing a $30,000 vacant lot from me.
The trial Judge screws me over a technical matter – says I can’t represent my own LLC (666isMONEY, Lc) in Superior Court. I found several court cases to support my position and appeal the decision.
Yesterday, the Appellate Court denied my right to a fair trial on the merits of the case and dismissed my appeal with one sentence on a technicality: Said I did not file a "timely appeal."
I found two cases to support the position that just because I incorrectly captioned "Motion to Reconsider" instead of saying "Rule 59 or 58" in the caption . . . the appellate court dismissed my appeal!
So now, I’m gonna hafta appeal to the Arizona Supreme Court.
My V/<3 feels like a gaping, sweaty wound/empty hole. :( *ugh/ecch*
