So the movie 300 comes out in 4 days. We will be seeing on the IMAX for sure. This film looks so incredibly beautiful, I just can't get over it. So here is my question. The film was written and directed by Zack Snyder, who as a Director hasn't had much of a career. He had two straight to video releases 1990/2000 and then in 2004 Directed Dawn of the Dead, followed by another straight to video release that same year. Now its three years later and BAM here he is Directing this incredible masterpiece.
How does this happen?? How do the studios put SO much faith into a Director with such a short track record? This truly does give me hope for a bright future, much sooner than I had originally imagined.
