I totally loved having the store closed on that hot day where I couldn't buy a drink.

Hella lot of people their though, so it was cool. Not a lakers fan myself.

With all due respect, the organization of the event could have been better. The numbered ticket idea was good in theory, but it's just too bad it wasn't used effectively. I realize that all of the players can't arrive at the same time, but the whole "calling people in groups of 25" was totally forgotten with Lamar Odom - you just had ANYONE with a ticket under 125 lining up, meaning low numbers meant nothing. I asked three different staff members the same question, and I got three different answers. You told people the players wouldn't pose for pictures, and yet you still arbitrarily allowed it. A suggestion for next time would be to give your workers some walkie talkies so that they can get their stories straight, instead of just making things up as they go along. Use the numbered ticketing system and stick with it. Post some clearer signs so people know where to go and what's happening, especially when staff members don't know what's happening either.
