**THE STORY OF THE VIDEO**
Ok so, on 7/6/09 I called to WALGREENS do get some photos made into a booklet. I was on the website first, they told me to call the local walgreens because all they can do is photo books. I called my local walgreens spoke with Mitch. He was clearly not listening to me because once I explained to him what I wanted he said "we have blue, black, and purple.. is there anything else I can help you with?" I just said nevermind and I hung up.. looked for Target number then called Target. While I am on the phone with target, Walgreens is beeping in.. I answer... Dude was like " did you just hang up on me " I said YES because you weren't listening.. I KID YOU NOT... This Dude calls me back 10 times, the 10th time he called private and I had my cousin pick up the phone he ain't say shit.So Today, I had some pictures printed from my computer and had them sent to Walgreens.. I goes to pick them up.. they weren't ready yet ( 3 pictures) so I mingles down the aisle browsing while waiting...this dude comes down the aisle talking about " did you call here a few days ago about making a booklet" I said yes.. then he said " ok that was very rude when you hung up on me" I said okay yeah so... then he started imitating A BLACK girl .. you know how we do when we get mad.. we are known for twirling our necks and making hand gestures. Thats how he was doing.. I started laughing because I got so offended...If I was a teenager we would have fought... But I was mad enough to do it at age 27. I left and looked at his name tag on the way out.. and he said " Its Mitch". Aight so he wants me to get gully... Is that Customer Service? I think he should be fired of that alone. Like he doesn't give a fuck right... like my family big around Sarasota.. It could have been real problems if I was that type of person.
I had slight stroke and only have real good use on my right side now.. thats still hard because I am left handed..so I emails AND calls corporate. I let them know I was going back up to the store and recording ANY rudeness... I also went and got my cousin...
They must have got to him before I got back, because his entire attitude had changed. But once my cousin started telling him off it was coming back slowly...
The store manager came out and offered me a $25.00 gift card.. so I know CORP had called. But I am not happy, as I talking to the manager.. he is telling me how Mitch is an honest guy he meant no harm... so you sitting here taking up for dude.. WHAT GOOD EMPLOYEE YOU KNOW WOULD COME AND CONFRONT ME DAAAAYS LATER ABOUT ME HANGING UP ON HIM... he said he recognized my number for the photos. I'm like Yo, I work in customer service too.. you have to have thick skin.. I get cursed out, called names, yelled at on a DAILY!!!!! but you are not suppose to then in return became rude with the customer. HE shouldn't be working in customer service if he can't handle being hung up on.. and it's STILL bothering him days later. He in the wrong field.
Manager says he is going to give him some training.. he needs to be fired. That was 100% unprofessional and unforgivable. AND I AM THE RIGHT ONE!
