Why aren’t there any female rappers that stay in the game..? It seems like guys that rap have longevity in the music industry. they can put out like several albums and even stay a sex symbol till they’re like 40!! I guess female rappers only last a couple albums and don’t keep the look after they get older than 26,27. Maybe it’s because woman have emotional trips, or kids and don’t have the same motivation and drive to go as hard as men.? I really dont know!!

-tell me how yall feel about female rappers and why there aren’t that many that stay in the game??

-Also, if u had to compare me to any female rappers, who would u compare me to?? i try to keep an original sound but if some1 that never heard my music asked who i sounded like what would u tell them??? (u might need to cross multiple females to get me! lol ;)

Dat's a good point. It sure does seem dat way 4 da most part, doesn't it? ;) There've been quite a few dat have been around 4 a hott minute, but usually they're not very consistent & come out wit' a new album only every 2 or 3 years & dat's where u come into da picture babygirl. Keep reppin' like u do & let em know how it's supposed 2 b done. Break down those barriers dat say a sexy woman can't throw it down jus as hard, if not more than da fellas (WHAT!!!). ;p hahaha. U know u my girl & I'm real proud of ya & got yo back. Anything u need. Jus say da word. It's gon' b a real problem in H.I. & da whole world real soon. ;) As far as comparisons, well I can't really think of anyone quite like u at da moment really.
I don't think there is & dat's wat makes so unique too, both in beauty, sound & ..style.. of flow. U tear it up girl, 4 real. ;) Not 2 many others out there who can rep like u do. Keep it up babygirl. I got much luv 4 ya.
Muahhh! Cisco

we get cockblocked like in any other business. most of the unsigned female rappers i know have been in the game 10+ years as independent artists. hedonis says it best in her blog u should check it out.

most djs including female djs are on some bullshit, too.

it has nothing to do with emotional trips or kids or any of that because males are made up the same way we are - human. intimidated ass males who can't get pussy and hate on the women who out grind them are the main cockblockers.

we don't lose our looks either, lil mama, after 27. you really should know better than that. lol. shyt i look better than most of the 25 year olds i know.

putting out an album every 2 or 3 years is the norm in the industry. doing features after each album on other artists albums is what make it appear "consistent". companies push 3 hot singles on one album every 9 - 12 months. check it.

there are thousands of female rappers and we run the game - we the reason these dick wads push so hard to keep us down. if you are a threat to anyone else's career - you would experience that. artists only hate what they fear is going to kill their chances.

everybody showin you love doesn't mean you good - it means in many cases - you ain't a threat to them. that's why you hear so many pussy-pop rappers.

as for me, i'm deadlier behind the scenes than i am in the spotlight. oh, it ain't soft i'mma beast of a performer, lil mama. i make em all hate to put me on the ticket cause i'll steal their fuckin show.

hope that helps you figure it out more.

holla at ya girl or stomp thru my e-block.

honestly i dont know why lil kim is a good example tho of whatchu talkin, "lighters up" was her attempt to get back in the game but remy ma had it on smash by that time..

but when it comes to you, i haven't heard a female rapper like you before...you got this pussycat dolls sound (which sold bout 5 mil copies) but you rap and also harmonize so you gotcha own thang goin like you said.

I think you could change the game for female rappers and become an example to others...but thats just what I think...
