If you are coming on I-40 Between West Memphis and Memphis there is construction so be carefull and may look into leaving a few mins earlier...

Traveling from Arkansas take I-40 East toward Memphis, exit Riverside Drive, turn right on Riverside drive. Tom Lee Park is located on Riverside Drive.

Traveling from Nashville take I-40 West toward Memphis/Little Rock and exit Riverside Drive Exit 1. Traveling from Mississippi take I-55 North toward Memphis/St. Louis, exit Riverside Drive (downtown Memphis). Tom Lee Park is located on Riverside Drive.

Traveling from St. Louis take I-55 South toward Memphis to I-40 East toward Memphis, exit Riverside Drive, turn right on Riverside Drive. Tom Lee Park is located on Riverside Drive.


Parking:

For Parking you might want to take Front street will be packed with lights but might be a better way to get too your parking than Riverside Drive sence they close most of Riverside Drive down just for Memphis In May. There is plenty of parking located in the downtown area.
