WOWIE ZOWIE, Cats N Kittens!!!  The local comic shop, Buymetoys.com is having their annual holiday sale starting today.  So, me and the soon-to-be Mrs went @ 8am to snatch the goodies that I wanted.  They had posters marked down to 2bucks, all non-DC or Marvel trades were 75% off and some statues and figures were 50-75% off!!!  So I loaded up and made out like a bandit... here's what I got...

DC Direct Animation maquette statues of Batman from the 1992 Batman The Animated Series and Nightwing from the 1997 The New Batman Adventures... the DC Direct Wonder Woman Silver Age Mini-bust.... the Justice League animated style bust-style paperweights of BATMAN, GREEN ARROW (A san diego con-exclusive BTW) and WONDER WOMAN,  and An animated Justice League Poster for my nephew... I already had that hanging in my collection room.... and all this for 90 bucks!!!  One of the maquettes usually costs that!!!  So yeah.... HOT DAMN!!!

That's surprising coming from you... you're a known shop-a-holic... I figured this'd be like your Christmas.... It was the first one I have taken part in.  We awoke @ 5am and hit Target, then Super Target, then Toys R Us.... then the comic store THEN we hit the ND Blue & Gold Shop and the ND Bookstore... we also ran into Rob N Jess @ the comic shop... good times, good times... We already have 99% of our shopping done and WRAPPED... go us!!!  :)  Now, we're putting up the tree @ my Mom's house..... ours is already up.... yeah, we're sick, lol.
