so here's the short version of my story.
plan was a bunch of coworkers are going fishing to celebrate my cousin's 30th year with the company. we're suppose to meet at ranch 99 by skyline to carpool down to the dock which is at half moon bay at 5:15am. yes you read that right AM. my cousin gets sick on thursday and went to the hospital. while all this is going on the boss had everything set up and paid for. the right thing to do is cancel the plan and reschedule. well...he wants to stick it out and see what happens. which is fine with me cause it was paid for already(i don't know how the refund work for the fishing trip). i was still down to go.my coworker decides he doesn't want to go and he was willing to pay for the trip. he calls our boss and tells him that he's not going. end of story. so.. i go out saturday night to my friend's ouse for a get together. i left there at 1:30am. got home at 2am. didn't sleep till 2:45am. i woke up at 4:30am. get everything ready, get dressed, take my anti seasick pill and got the the meeting point(ranch 99) by 5:05am. no one is there. i drive around. no one in sight. i call by boss at 5:20am. and he tells me it was cancelled. i was fired up!!! now you tell tell me how you would feel. it's 5:45am now and i'm going to try to sleep. hope everyone is enjoying their weekend.
