Just filling you in on some of our ridiculous tour tomfoolery.

Today was probably the best thing that's happened on any of our tours. Despite this being intended as a day off we were offered an acoustic session at Maida Vale for BBC Wales, so we drove down from Leicester this morning to do the session. When lead into our band area I was greeted by Biffy Clyro, so I immediately OMGed all over the floor, composed myself and then had a chat with them. They were super friendly and invited us to a live session they were doing that evening on Radio 1, they also asked for one of our CDs (usually I am forcing this upon anyone not being asked for it!). So we ran back to doug's house and burnt a CD got back just in time to catch their set and meet Zane Lowe. We then legged it home because we thought we were doing a phone interview with Bethan Elfyn but it turns out it's tomorrow night. So I figured I'd write this blog.

Last night was Liverpool, the wild card of the tour but it came up trumps. A nice little crowd and some celebration for my birthday. I got a packet of space raiders and a pot noodle.

Before that was Sheffield and I had the best night's sleep of the tour so far, on a mattress on the landing - way nice. The gig was pretty swell too and we had 2 crazies at this one which is twice the normal allowance. We did our Sheffield Tradition of playing Happiness for Lola at several different speeds and people seemed to enjoy that.

Tomorrow is London which is close to where we live so should be a mash up.
