We're called Moral Soul and we've been together for 18 months or so now.
Last year we played alongside The Happy Mondays, Alabama 3 and Babyshambles, we recorded our debut album 'Seven' which is now available from itunes etc, and in November we won the 'AKG Unsigned Heroes' competition at 2007's 'Music Live' in Birmingham.
So far this year we have already been nominated for a Red Stripe Music Award and an Indy Award, we've played with Palladium and Alphabeat, and we're playing at the Inspiral Carpets' aftershow party in Brixton next month.

The two founding members Liam Croker and Antony Egerton have spent two years writing, recording and working with a wide range of musicians and artists to create the unique and very recognisable "China White" sound. Drawing influences from classic Hip Hop, Electronica, Dub, and Rock they Combine mixing dance grooves with dirty guitar’s and gritty lyrics to make almost hypnotising tunes (that once had them described as "The Prodigy fucking Massive Attack" a statement made by Georgia, lead singer of rap metal group W.O.M.B after playing together at Manchester’s Roadhouse). Since taking there music to a live stage they have been well received by the press and the public as a breath of fresh air from then stale, indie local music scenes and without a doubt has them rising above the rest.

Since taking their band to a live stage at the beginning of July 06 the group has received national and international recognition. They have had their debut E.p ( DisFUNKtional ) released by Toronto based Hip Hop label "SoMuchSoul Records" and also one of their songs "Lets Get Free" was Featured on this years prestigious ‘Teenage Kicks’ album which was released by "FMS Promotions" early 07.

Collaborations
China White have recently collaborated on one of their Tracks ‘Aggression’ with Hip Hop Legend "Scorpio" from pioneering rap group "Grandmaster flash & The Furious Five". Scorpio flew over from Atlanta to work with and collaborate on the track.
China White have also collaborated with ‘Rowetta’ ( Happy Mondays ) on a track of theirs called ‘our Dylan’.

Were a band from Manchester called Syd Bozko were a 4 piece we've been going about 5 months now & we've played Bar Amp & the Acadmey 3. Plus a few local gigs round are way. We have about 20 songs that are catchy as you'll ever hear.
Influnces just totally come from any where but to name a few Oasis, the rose's, New order the smiths, The Who, Cream & zep!
So if you could get us on any night we will not let you down. And we have a large fan base & there just a bit loud.
