On Tuesday, March 31st. a memorial for filmmaker and educator Charles Blackwell will take place at NYU's Canter Film Center at 4:00pm in room 101. The center is located at 36 East 8th. Street. There will be a reception to follow at 721 Broadway, 9th floor between Waverly and Washington. We invite you to stop by to reflect and celebrate the life of this wonderful brother who contributed so much to the independent black filmmaking community.
