confidence is something so many teenagers need in today's time. and a lot of people think confidence really has to do with how you look on the outside but it really doesnt. true confidence always starts within and spreads outwards.
i know it is hard to keep your head up high when so many people around you are trying to bring you down and shatter your independent persona. but don't let people drive you crazy when you know it's in walking distance. you have to realize that a successful person is one who can lay a firm foundation with the bricks that others throw at him or her
you need to learn how to not care about what others think. cuz at one point in my life i was like a burning fire and just swayed to whichever way the wind blew. but then i learnt i was living for someone else and not for me...the coolest thing is that when you are truly confident in yourself people all around you realize it and they dont MESS WITH YOU AT ALL.
I think one of the greatest thing that people need to understand is that It's not who you are that holds you back, it's who you think you're not.
People are like stained-glass windows. They sparkle and shine when the sun is out, but when the darkness sets in their true beauty is revealed only if there is light from within. and so many people dont have that light because they are not confident in themselves.
