We are going to feature interviews with bands, does exactly what it says on the tin !^_^!

This time round we caught up with Miles from Dirty Joker Music who came Third in the Dunstable Battle of the Bands 2009.

Sam Rockley vocals, Ivan Williams Guitar, Dave Saville Bass, James Parotte Drums, Miles Barter Guitar

Having played the Final of Dunstable Battle of the bands and then pulled out all the stops with a local show at the wheatsheaf that secured your place in the loacl scene,(Sam was stood on almost any peice of furniture he could find, including the benches outside, during the performance) what are the plans from here?

We Plan to keep writting and recording new songs whilst giging as much as possible, we really want to build on this and get a name for ourselves...

So any new recordings on the way?

YES our new EP should be out next week!

Who are your musical influences?
We take influence from loads of different styles and people however our main ones would be; Jimi Hendrix, Led Zeppelin, Cream, BB King, Arctic Monkeys, The Smiths, Kasabian, Oasis, Nirvana, The Who, Guns n Roses, Bloc Party, The Rolling Stones, Prodigy, Pendulum and The Beatles
 
Whats the best gig you've been to?
 
Prodigy at Reading Festival, Oasis at Wembley, Muse at Wembley, and Gallows at Reading Festival.

anything else you guys want to throw in from random stuff to anything about the band?

 
Yes, thanks a lot to everyone who has supported us so far especially Majick Music group and everyone who voted for us in the Battle of the Bands we couldn't have made it this far without you all!!
