I haven't posted a blog here since the Knitting Factory gig, which I should mention, kicked unqualified ass. The sound in that space is just gorgeous, and we were really fucking tight that night. Trippy lights, too. Which brings me to the reason WHY I'm not so much posting here anymore: Facebook. Ever since I joined up, I'm always over there, doing something utterly pointless like playing Scrabulous or Scramble or what have you. Anyway, by signing up for our mailing list here, and "becoming our fan" in kooky Facebook parlance, you get access to exclusive, as-yet-unrecorded tracks. The first round will be the best tunes from that Knitting Factory gig, including a couple that we haven't gotten around to recording yet; one of them, "Parasail" is available for download right now. Keep checking back, because we'll be cycling which tracks are available.

We're going on a short summer hiatus--lotsa vacation time coming up in the band. It's making me antsy, to be honest. But what are you gonna do? People gotta get away. Myself included. I think we'll still be able to sneak a gig in sometime in July. We'll keep you posted.
