Long time no see bitches!

Your favorite dudes are back and we're back with a big one!  No, not your mother in law... A NEW EPISODE!  This time, at the request of one of our biggest fans (and hot chick) Rachel, we're taking you all to school.  That's right, it's time for HEAVY METAL 101 taught by, you guessed it, Jammin' Jaymz & Mastodon!

Was looking for a fun metal podcast to listen to...fucking found it!  The others were bland, humorless, and itchy.  One even boasted a Dave Mustaine interview, but had a harsh aftertaste and reminded me too much of the documentary Some Kind of Monster.  Only the Heavy Metal Lunch delivers.  Loved the best album countdown...don't agree with all of it, but loved it.
