Pondering such storys as this ; http://www.guardian.co.uk/world/2009/may/06/nato-military-exercises-georgia and the recent fears of a killer flu pandemic ( http://highstrangeness.blogspot.com/2009/04/swine-flu-was-cultured-in-laboratory.html ), we can only come to the conclusion that drastic measures are being taken to 'scare the populace' in desperate economic times.

Much the same happened with a recent outbreak of 'Foot and Mouth' disease in the UK a few years back - it escaped from a government laboratory.  Also, the 'Anthrax' nonsense, just after 9/11 (dont even get us started on 9/11 !) had the signature of a specific strain developed by a US military bio-chem lab.

It's all a load of bullshit.  Wether or not 'the only thing we have to fear is fear itself' remains to be seen - as both the mass citizen deaths in the bombing of large working class areas in WW2 (bankrolled by the big boys) and the sacrifice of those who perished in the World Trade Center can atest.

Neutron Bombs ? They do after all just destroy everything with the power of a hydrogen bomb leaving little radiation.  A great way to decimate the population...
