been a mad beggining of the year ..... sorry for leaving you all .....

just a quickie tonight -- eddie gilfoyle .... in a case that is bringing back reminders of the guildford fours file with the "do not show to the defense" label, seem mersyside police went and destroyed evidence crucial to the case .... http://www.timesonline.co.uk/tol/news/uk/crime/article3784886.ece

And a key witness recants former evidence .... http://www.timesonline.co.uk/tol/news/uk/crime/article3427720.ece

Had this man been convicted in a country with the death penalty the chances are fairly high he'd have been killed, murdered by the state, for crimes it looks very much like he did NOT commit.

Fighting for the voiceless is essential, and those victims of miscarriages of justice don't get much more voiceless, can you even begin to imagine being innocent of a crime and then immprisoned for it, let alone if that crime is the murder of your wife, child, husband, etc?

kudos to captial 'X' for his work, wish i could afford to give aid other than spreading the word ... check out his website and video ...

.........and its bad enough for the poor man that his wife died, and that she was pregnant. Its enough of a tragedy without him being victimised by lazy, incompetent or corrupt police.
If he'd been executed, what would they do now? Dig him up and say 'sorry'?
