Hello friends,
Wow, this week feels like a whirlwind. I've been busily making things - books (yes, I now have more books!), CDs, and t-shirts (sizes have been replenished + new colors!) - also getting set up to allow you to download the new record (more on that below...), and preparing to leave on tour for the first time in a while! I've gotten quite comfortable here in Seattle lately, hanging out with my new kitty, enjoying the first sun of the year in the Pacific Northwest, playing my nice little upright every day...these things really are great. However, it is definitely time to leave my comforts behind in favor of a little road trip! I'll have 3 musical cohorts to keep me company in the van and onstage, so the shows will be a full-band experience! You'll find all the show info below. I hope to see you along the way!
As for the new record: Starting this Saturday, June 13th, you'll be able to download my new album Hidden Systems from my website, months before it is officially released! It will be available by donation, with all proceeds going to fund the release of the album, and - if there is any money left over after the album comes out - toward future tours and the recording of new music. PLUS, donations of $15 or more will get you 2 exclusive bonus tracks and the option of having a CD mailed to you just prior to the release date!! You get all that and my undying gratitude. Kind of an awesome deal, no?
