So heres the thing....I was rehearsing with Falling At Will, A local band out of Tallahassee. When one of our friends came in to the shed and said "The cops are here!!" So of course...We stopped.... A few minuets later in walks a huge Crawfordville police officer. He began to look around as any cop would do. He looks at the bass amp and says" Whos is this?" Our bass player Jon said it's mine sir. He told jon to pick it up... So jon went to pick his amp up. ( thinking it was being confinscated ) The the officer said no I mean rig up!... So Jon picks up his bass and looks at the cop.. The cop said .. " Ok  son...Impress me"  Jon  proceeded to do these little 2 finger tapping things on the bass that blew the officer away. After Jon was finished the officer pick the bass up and began to wail as well. The guy could play!!! We all talked for a good 10 minuets or so about the different bands we all liked and such. Then he mentioned Killswitch Engaged... Wich is a huge influence on F.A.W.... So we talked him into hearing one of our songs.... He called to the police department and told them he had advised us of the noise ordinance and that we would be done before then. We played a song called " Ashes ". I wish you guys could have seen this guy going nuts with us in the wood shed... It was truly an unforgetable expeirence. So what im trying to say is all cops arent out to lock you up. Some of them can be just as cool as your good friends. But it was a night ill never forget... You can bet that.... Sinned
