I GOT IT BACK!!!!!

it turns out that one of the people at that church that was doing community service swiped it from the green room.  the assistant pastor at that church went to that guy's house and basically intimidated him into giving it back.  the whole story is kind of long, but i was very impressed.  and i have my ipod back!!

it was only about a week, but i'm a happy camper to have it back.  smiles.
