Current mood:  hopeful
over the past half year my live has changed some for the better and some for the worst early in this time frame life in a whole was crumbling around me too many bad things that i repressed came flooding back at first i felt alone and hopeless but soon enough a few in sort came to the rescue to lift me from the ashes but soon enough thing had gone bad at this time on the side of the saviours of myself it had been such a difficult time and now this with this the year has not going well emotion and feeling were hi but as a small band we stuck together strong some of us would get hit but we were there to help them up and now that seasons are changing again thing are getting better yet still a little drama has come are way but we have remained strong but life again goes on

the feelings over the past half year have been a range for me this is somewhat good because that is what life is feeling and experiance i really need to thank the people who are there for me (no name you know you you are and you know how special you are to me) some of the fellings that i've developed i wish i did not have but i deal and i get by these are hard times and their is hopefully light at the end of the tunnel or as i friend said a window to go through

on a good note i'm very healthy since this whole thing started ive lost 40 pounds im also as of latley thinking of going back to school work has been going some what better

life goes on and it is worth living for the experience

Brandon,

No matter how much we would like to live in a perfect place where everything in life goes just right, that's just not the real world. Besides, if it were perfect all the time we would take life for granted without ever knowing what we are made of.

There are things that we must go through in order to "shape" us into all we can be. When you look at the mountains, you may see beauty and life but do you think about what went on to shape them into what they are? Heat, pressure, time and environmental factors have made them what they are. Some are hills which isn't a bad thing, while others have pushed themselves up, standing higher, stronger but not invincible from all they have gone through. Their surfaces become hard to withstand the weather, erosion factors, earthquakes and numerous other disasters both natural and manmade, but still sustains life. What makes mountains withstand these "disasters" is the structure within. If the mountain had it easy and didn't have to go through the hot temperatures and pressure during it's "growing process" it wouldn't be able to withstand changes whether they be mild or severe and would crumble to the ground.

Change is a good thing although it may not feel good at the time. As long as you accept that you won't be where you are forever, that you can make a difference, that the only person you can change is you and how you perceive your life, you'll be ahead of the person that's contsantly trying to change everyone else and never seeing the "issue" is inside.

Adaptability is what life is all about.

Congratulations on working on your outside. Looking good on the outside never hurts. Others may see the changes you've gone through on the outside but the changes you're going through on the inside as a result of your hard work is what pay's off in the long run.

Keep in touch and the best of life to you!

Brenda
