Drive is everything. To be more successful you need to be stubbornly persistent. Meaning you move foward and no matter what you NEVER GIVE UP. Jay-Z is my hero. Look at his life, he went from Mary Projects to selling over 50 milllion records. Thats drive. When I started TICE Records I was a senior in highschool. I had a part time gig paying minimum wage only working 20 hours a week. I didn't and still don't look at owning my own international record label as impossible. Drive and determination kept me up when everybody else was sleep. Drive and determination kept my nose in a book when everybody else was partying. Drive says, "If I get denied today I'll be back tomorrow."
