lets face it- regular twelve strings are fun for awhile untill you really start to explore the possibilities. You can't write a good song on the twelve string, and there are only a handful of good covers to do on one so what is the point? INSERT DOUBLE-NECK: and BAM you freakin rock!!! A double neck says about you "I am versatile, patient (you try restringing one of these!) I am hip and cool, and I'm man enough to sling this heavy thing around" Plus, you get to follow in the tradition of some of the greatest guitarists of all time. so here's a tip- skip the regular 12 string and get yourself a double-neck! And if you are really manly, follow Rick Neilson's (of Cheap Trick) example and get a quintuple-neck guitar. That's right, FIVE NECKS...heck the more the better ok?
