To put a different spin on the annual summer concert at the David S. Palmer Arena in Danville, IL August 22nd, the arena decided to hold a YouTube contest in which the winner performs a solo 30 minute set inbetween "Amanda Sena & the Thieves of Thunder" and the John Cougar Mellencamp cover band "Pink Houses".

I submitted a video recorded at a recent show in Bloomington, IL, by fan and friend Todd Durnil, of the song One Phone Call from my new cd No Missing Pieces. They announced today that I’m the winner out of nine other submissions. I feel very honored - there were many great entries. Thank you for the votes and to Todd for the recording!
