december 2nd 2006 - spurbridge massachusetts

last night after we stopped for some delicous fast food from wendys, rob's van broke down right near the mass tpke toll booth. a pulley broke off the belt that controls power steering, the altenator and most likely the water pump. aaa towed us to a shop and brought us back to a hotel. we all went swimming in the indoor pool, went in the hot tub and met some crazy pigeon breeding people that know all there is to know about pigeons. we all snored a lot and made sure we kept tommy awake all night, so he moshed around the room all morning when we were still laying in bed. duncan almost crashed through the sliding glass door because he was jumping on the beds. our time in the hotel is not up yet, so that still might happen. it sucks that we had to miss the show yesterday, but we made the best of it. the van should be fixed in about an hour, or so randy the missing fingered mechanic with hulk hogan hair tells us, and we should be on our way to providence to play tonight.

chris lovrich, tom anderer and mel are missing somewhere in rhode island. best of luck to them.
